Manufacture of top-quality machine tool centers is impossible if no facilitatory production conditions are secured.

PZMC took advantage of the state program of the machine tool industry development to create the modern production facilities enabling the company to manufacture over 200 machines a year.

The factory also meets the high standards of the modern machine tool industry.

The total area of the company’s facilities is 4,000 square meters.

PZMC concentrates all process stages including machining and hardening of the key machine components that influence its accuracy, such as X and Z supports, fixture plates, optical ruler holders and other parts and components.

The company has own mechanical department to develop new design solutions quickly.

The company operates its warehouse not so much as a storage area for components, but rather as an intermediate area between the warehouse of a component manufacturer and the PZMC assembly facilities. So, such smooth-running logistics allows the components to be at hand no later than two days before they are to be used in assembly operations.
